Job Summary Join an award-winning architectural firm to contribute across the full architectural scope, from concept design to contract management, delivering innovative bespoke projects in residential and hospitality sectors. Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts to create innovative and bespoke designs for landed residences and hospitality projects Produce detailed design development drawings and documentation to ensure design intent and constructability Coordinate effectively with consultants to integrate multidisciplinary inputs into project designs Prepare tender documents and manage tender processes to secure project contracts Supervise construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards Manage contracts by liaising with contractors and consultants to resolve issues and maintain project timelines Oversee defects rectification and final account settlements to close out projects successfully Lead architectural projects independently, demonstrating strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills Collaborate closely with industry partners to realize creative and functional architectural spaces Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for architectural design, detailing, and project management Motivation and innovation to develop engaging and functional spaces Experience in leading projects and managing contractor and consultant relationships Other Information Refer to link below for a preview of projects: https: //www.instagram.com/mjkyarchitects/?hl=en https: //www.mjkyarchitects.com/
