Tender Bidding Manager (Ifm, M&E)

We are a locally founded M&E company established for more than a decade. This role requires you to be the overall incharge of the Contract Department. For this role, you will report to the General Manager/Director. Responsibilities 1 Source tendering information and make recommendations to the General Manager/ Director 2 Lead quantity surveyors and other related staff for new qualification of tender, cost estimation, submission, tender pitching and provide add-value engineering solutions 3 Develop, review and monitor compliance with contractual terms and conditions 4 Handle the documentation of the tenders and ensure accurate and timely submissions 5 Gather information, contract negotiation, pricing and payment schedules 6 Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions Skills Requirements 1 Minimum 5 years or above of related experience in M&E 2 Diploma/ Higer NITEC 3 Independent, resourceful, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work in a team 4 Able to work in a fast pace environment and handle tight deadlines 5 Good oral and written English skills 6 Proven track records of awarded projects 7 Knowledge on M&E construction materials and procurement method Other information 1 5.5 working days 2 Location is in Kaki Bukit 3 Full time job Kindly state your expected salary and date of availability when submitting your application.
