Bar Crew

As a Bar Crew member, you are responsible for delivering excellent customer service while preparing and serving beverages efficiently. You will maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming bar environment and ensure all operational and hygiene standards are met. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Welcome and engage guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take and process food and beverage orders accurately. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards. Handle customer enquiries and resolve minor issues promptly. Bar Operations Prepare cocktails, beers, wines, coffee and other beverages following standard recipes. Restock bar inventory, garnishes, ice and supplies throughout each shift. Ensure beer taps, glassware and equipment are clean and functioning properly. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, service stations and seating areas. Hygiene & Safety Follow Singapore food hygiene and alcohol service regulations. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. Report any equipment faults or safety concerns immediately. Requirements Previous experience in F&B or bar operations is an advantage but not essential. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays. Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift stock when required. Team player with a strong sense of responsibility. Preferred Skills Basic cocktail and bar knowledge. Experience using POS systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good time management and multitasking skills.
