We are seeking an inspiring and transformational supply chain leader to head the Supply Planning function based in Singapore. This role plays a critical leadership position in shaping the future of planning capabilities, operational excellence, and integrated ways of working across the region. Leading a team of planners across Supply Planning and selected channel planning activities, the role will drive end-to-end planning performance while championing the organisation’s Integrated Business Planning (IBP) transformation journey. This includes embedding new planning processes, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, enhancing decision-making capabilities, and elevating planning maturity across the APAC network. The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking, operational leadership, transformation capability, and strong stakeholder influence to lead teams through complexity, change, and growth in a fast-evolving business environment. How you will contribute… Strategic Planning & Operational Leadership Lead the end-to-end regional demand & supply planning strategy across the APAC Region, ensuring optimal balance between service, inventory, agility, and operational efficiency.
