The Head of Partnerships & Developmentis a senior leadership role responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships, as well as overseeing the organisation's external communications. This includes cultivating relatonships with key stakeholders, securing funding opportunities, and promoting the organisation's mission and impact. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leadership & Strategy: · Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan for partnership development, fundraising, marketing, communications, and volunteer management, aligned with the organisation's overall mission and goals. · Provide leadership and direction to the division, fostering a safe, collaborative, and high-performing environment. · Oversee the development and management of the division's budget. · Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making necessary adjustments. · Stay informed about best practices and emerging trends in fundraising, marketing, communications, and volunteer management. 2. Fundraising: · Develop and implement a diversified fundraising strategy, including individual giving, corporate sponsorships, grants, and special events. · Cultivate and steward relationships with current and prospective donors. · Manage fundraising campaigns and events, maximizing participation and revenue generation. · Track and report on fundraising progress, providing regular updates to leadership. · Work with the Director of Services & Programmes on the grant writing process, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals. 3.
