Officer, Quality Assurance Department

Roles & Responsibilities Support Company Safety Management System implementation tasks including manuals and fleet notices. Application / arrangement of internal & external Audits and inspections for fleet vessels and office including ISM, ISPS, MLC & ISO. Health, Safety, Environment and Quality objective/KPI monitoring and analysis of fleet under guidance of Section Head. Secretariat for meetings. Prepare agenda, materials and official minutes. Support all documentation and activities for various HSEQ office tasks and projects as instructed by the department in charge. Monitoring of mails and tracking tasks till completed Requirements: At least 1 year working experience in handling of Ship Management functions, preferably in HSEQ role, is preferred. Any Diploma / Degree is acceptable. Proficient PC skills (MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint/MS Outlook/BI & AI Tool); MS Access. Positive, service-oriented, self-motivated, detail-minded, and good team player. Good command of spoken and written English. Excellent and speedy documentation skill.
