People Strategy & Transformation Specialist

Job Description Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to diagnose organisational challenges and design fit-for-purpose operating models, team structures, and workforce plans Lead end-to-end change management for people-related transformation initiatives (e.g., restructures, process redesign, system rollouts), including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and adoption tracking Develop and implement frameworks for organisational effectiveness — including role clarity, spans & layers analysis, and shared service design Leverage people data and analytics (e.g., dashboards, workforce metrics) to generate actionable insights that inform HR strategy and leadership decisions Support post-merger integration or cross-functional transformation projects involving people, process, and platform changes Design and deliver internal playbooks, toolkits, and training materials to build HR team capability in transformation and change management Collaborate with regional and local People teams to scale best practices across markets Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any field; A master’s degree is advantageous but not required Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm Experience in at least one of the following topics: organisation design, workforce transformation, or any HR topics. Demonstrated experience leading operating model design, workforce transition, or organisational restructuring projects Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently Proficiency in data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI, Google Sheets, or equivalent) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to simplify complex concepts for senior audiences Experience working across multiple geographies or in a regional capacity is a plus Agile or SAFe certification is a plus
