Commercial / Billing Manager

Job Description: Attend to ship owners and clients invoices queries Preparation of tenders and project estimates Preparation of quotation and contract/agreement Liaison with clients, vendors as well as departments on project contractual requirements. Follow-up on progressive project cost and update/invoicing to clients Negotiate and coordinate with all parties on project schedule Prepare accurate estimates and billings Negotiate with owners and subcontractor on ship repair contract Prepare & negotiate invoice for ship repair/fabrictaion project Submit progressive budgetary update cost to ship owner Work closely with the operations and project team(s) Assist the General Manager with Ad-hoc duties / deliverables as required. Job Requirement: Candidate must possess minimun degree in the relevant field Good knowledge in commercial practices Good knowledge in billing tariffs. Minimum 5 yars experience in Marine Commmercial/ billing
