Job Description: Ensure safety of ships and its environment before work activities and hotwork can be carried out Fire prevention, fire fighting operation and pollution control work & drills Monitor of safety practices onboard vessels/ships Safety enforcement and be part of CERT team Confine space gas checks Participate in daily VSCC meetings and all ISO HSE requirement Any Ad-hoc task assigned by General Manager (Yard Operations) &/or Management Job Requirement: Possess minimum GCE "N" level or equivalent Possess relevant safety & health certificates including Shipyard Supervisor Possess Safety certificate and diploma certificate in Workplace Safety & health (WSH) & Fire fighting certificate Meticulous and proactive Assist HSE assessor / chemist Able to perform shift &/or OT duties where required.
