Responsibilities Drive project-based sales of integrated smart home systems across luxury residential, developer and commercial segments Build pipeline through interior designer, architect, developer, M&E consultant and main contractor channels Translate client needs into integrated system solutions (lighting, shading, climate, control) Work with the technical team on system design, BOQ and proposals Manage accounts from specification through to project handover Requirements Proven B2B/project sales track record in systems integration — smart home, building/home automation, AV, ELV or lighting control Familiarity with automation protocols - KNX, DALI, Modbus/BACnet or similar Comfortable selling project solutions rather than single products; understands the ID/architect/developer/consultant specification process Strong technical-commercial communication; able to read drawings/BOQs an advantage Min. 2 years' relevant project sales experience in Singapore What We Offer Competitive salary with attractive commission and benefits.
