Assistant Project Manager

Key Duties & Responsibilities Assist in planning and coordinating daily project activities. Monitor project progress and update work schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers. Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Monitor project costs and assist with budget control. Ensure work complies with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve site issues and support the Project Manager in decision-making. Track material delivery and manpower requirements. Attend site meetings and inspections. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry. Good communication and coordination skills. Able to read construction drawings and specifications. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project is an advantage. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
