C&B Assistant Manager (Contract – Highly Convertible)

• Responsible in supporting global C&B initiatives including Global Mobility support • 1 Year Contract – Highly Convertible • Min 3-5 years of direct Compensation & benefits experience with global mobility support exposure • Experienced in Regional Portfolios are highly preferred • Basic Salary up to $ 8,000 + Discretionary Bonus (up to 2 months) About the Role We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits and Global Mobility to support our global HR operations. In this role, you will manage total rewards administration, oversee international mobility programs, and drive process optimizationacross regional entities. Key Responsibilities Compensation & Analytics: Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs. Perform system testing, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and cost analysis reports. Benefits Administration: Manage group insurance, medical, and wellness programs. Handle vendor billing, intercompany cross-charging, and partner with HRBPs on employee engagement activities. Global Mobility: Oversee end-to-end relocation processes and serve as the main point of contact for assignees and regional HR teams. Liaise with external immigration, tax, and relocation vendors while tracking compliance. Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps, optimize HRIS functionality, and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years of HR experience with direct hands-on involvement in both C&B and Global Mobility. Education: Degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel proficiency, strong HRIS experience, and familiarity with mobility/benefits platforms. Knowledge: Familiar with Singapore labor laws, regional total rewards, and global mobility compliance. Attributes: Strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management.
