1. Payroll & Benefits Management Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Verify attendance, overtime, and allowance records for payroll. 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support recruitment including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination with hiring managers and candidates 3. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and regulatory requirements, including the administration of work pass applications and renewals. Support the development and updating of HR policies and procedures while maintaining strict confidentiality of employee and HR-related information. 4. Employee Relations & Enquiries Provide HR support on employee matters, including leave, payroll, insurance, and grievance handling Response timely to staff enquiries 5. HR Administration & Employee Records Maintain up-to-date employee records in HR databases. Track leave records, medical claims, travels. 6. Onboarding & Offboarding Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, contracts, and certifications.
