Technical Program Manager - Gaming

Our client is a leading MultiTech social media company. They are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (Gaming Operations) to join their team. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end review operations for Instant Games, including quality, app, policy review processes, and triage flows for game developer-reported issues and feedback. Define, track, and optimize SLAs, quality benchmarks, and throughput metrics across all review pipelines to ensure efficiency and compliance. Identify bottlenecks, drive process improvements and automation—including AI training—to reduce cycle times and operational overhead. Collaborate cross-functionally with Policy, Trust & Safety, Quality Engineering, and Product teams to align review standards and implement scalable solutions. Lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and remediation for review pipeline disruptions, while building reporting to monitor review health, trends, and performance for leadership. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent with over 10 years of experience in operations coordination, QA management, program management, and developer support management within platform or app ecosystems. Proven ability to manage queues, track SLAs, and coordinate across multiple teams simultaneously to ensure timely and efficient workflows. Familiarity in using AI tools to create / streamline operational processes would be an added advantage. Strong written communication skills for developer-facing notes, rejection feedback, status updates, and documentation. Proficient in working with internal dashboards, tracking systems, and collaboration tools to support operational processes. Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.
