Cloud Infra Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Cloud Infra Operations Manager, with expertise in Azure. Responsibilities: Key member of IT Operations team that manages IT infrastructure and services, including end-user computing Manage and govern IT Infrastructure services provided by outsourcing partners and managed service providers as assigned including contracts and billing matters Manage or to be involved in Infra related projects and solutioning such as tech refresh, upgrades, migrations and building new IT Infrastructure capabilities Part of the IT Operations team to perform daily BAU tasks such as managing incidents, fulfilment of Service Requests, Change Requests and Application Support. Work with relevant department(s) and users to lead the IT DR coordination, recovery strategy, planning and execution. Requirements: At least 5 years of experience of strong hands-on technical experience in IT Infrastructure and IT Operations Good understanding of key technologies adopted such as Microsoft Windows Server, Azure Cloud, End User Computing, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup/Recovery and Security tools Work experience in FSI (Banking & Insurance) and knowledge in MAS Technology Risk Management (TRM) would be an advantage Relevant Professional Certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Azure Cloud, Networking, Security) would be advantageous Proficiency in ITIL & ITSM. Some project management experience would be beneficial.
