Junior Data Scientist (AI Focused) - 12 Months Contract - Up To Sgd6K

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist (AI focused) . In this role, you will drive impactful data initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the development and implementation of data science strategies to support key business decisions and operational enhancements. Design, build, and deploy advanced analytical models using tools like SQL, Tableau, Hive, and Presto to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Mentor and collaborate with data scientists and analysts to foster a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence. Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership. Develop and maintain reporting systems, dashboards, and metrics to enable scalable and efficient operations, while driving innovation and process improvements.. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, along with 2-4 years of experience supporting operations in a technical environment. Strong understanding of operational metrics and KPIs to evaluate team success and performance. Technical proficiency in SQL, including creating, optimizing, and maintaining complex queries, as well as experience with Big Data tools such as Tableau, Hive, Presto, R, and Python. Proven ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic insights through effective data storytelling. Deep knowledge of reporting systems, data pipeline architecture, and best practices in data visualization to support decision-making. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, capable of influencing stakeholders across all organizational levels.
