Our client is a leading technology company. They are looking for a Digital Media lead to join their JAPAC Enterprise Marketing team. Job Responsibilities Strategy & Budget Define and own the regional paid media strategy, aligning channel investment to business priorities and demand goals. Own and manage the paid media budget by channel, ensuring accurate pacing, forecasting, and return on investment. Partner closely with the Digital Journey Strategy team to connect paid media activity to the broader digital experience and journey. Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements across paid media channels, including exploring new platforms and tactics to advance customer acquisition and engagement. Take a hands-on role in executing campaigns across select paid channels (e.g. Influ2, Reddit, YouTube, Sponsored, DOOH, etc.), providing both strategic oversight and direct in-platform execution where needed. 2. Digital Performance, Execution & Reporting Coach and support a Digital Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and helping them grow their skills and confidence across paid media execution Directly execute and optimize campaigns across assigned paid channels, maintaining quality and performance standards. Build and own regular performance reporting cadences, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations in partnership with Digital Analyst. Analyse campaign results to identify optimization opportunities and implement improvements quickly 3. Cross-functional Collaboration Work in close day-to-day partnership with the Digital Journey Strategy, Integrated Campaign, and global digital teams to align paid media activity to the wider digital experience. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 12 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media strategy and hands-on channel execution, preferably in a B2B or technology environment. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Microsoft Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and other relevant platforms. Familiarity with AI tools and a curiosity to apply them for campaign ideation, content production, performance analysist, or improving ways of working Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to thrive in an agile environment and drive continuous improvements. Experience leading teams, with strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Pro-activeness, drive, and intellectual curiosity. Proficient English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills.
