Consultant

Job Summary: We are hiring a Consultant with experience in Salesforce Development to build and support Salesforce solutions, primarily on Service Cloud and Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), for public sector projects. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications using best practices. Develop solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows, and Salesforce configuration. Configure and enhance Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, Entitlements, and Omni-Channel. Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and support data migration activities. Participate in the full SDLC, including development, testing, deployments, code reviews, and production support. Work closely with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 4 - 7 years of hands-on Salesforce Development experience. Overall experience should not exceed 10 years Must have hands-on experience in Salesforce Service Cloud. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS) is mandatory Must have experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL. Experience with Salesforce DX (SFDX), Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP API integrations and Salesforce data migration tools are preferred is required. Experience in unit testing, code reviews, and Salesforce security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules). Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification is mandatory. Experience with OmniStudio (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Integration Procedures). OmniStudio Developer Certification is an added advantage. Experience in government or public sector projects will be highly preferred.
