Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities: Handle full set of accounts and monthly financial reporting package Assist in company standard cost review, updating of the ERP system and preparation of the Intercompany Transfer price list proposal Assist in the year end budgeting and forecasting process Support in both external and internal audits Manage and complete all intercompany transactions including preparation of the monthly intercompany matrix, requires communication with other entity Preparation of the company draft tax computation monthly for review, requires coordinating with R&D and other departments for information Preparation of the cost center report analysis for HODs Preparation of the partial audit schedules and production variances analysis Providing information for quarterly footnotes for submission to the Parent Company Liaise with external tax agents and auditors Preparing yearly XBRL for submission Preparing cost statement for submission, as and when is required by supply chain Handle and support Ad-Hoc projects locally or externally as required Requirements: Degree in finance and related practice would be required. At least 3 years of work experience Hands on person with the drive to succeed in meeting goals. Proficient in ERP systems would be advantageous
