TikTok Live Host & Marketing Executive One-Year Full-Time Contract Salary: S$3,200 - $3800 per month + up to S$800 monthly incentive Ms Durian is looking for a confident and sales-driven TikTok Live Host & Marketing Executive to grow our TikTok sales and attract customers to our café. You will host regular TikTok Live sessions, create engaging content, manage TikTok promotions and develop campaigns that convert viewers into online customers and café visitors. Responsibilities Host engaging TikTok Live selling sessions. Present our products, promotions and brand story confidently. Engage viewers, answer questions and convert interest into sales. Plan livestream themes, scripts, product bundles, vouchers and promotions. Manage TikTok Shop product listings and campaign mechanics. Create and appear in short-form TikTok content. Develop trackable promotions that encourage viewers to visit our café. Promote café-exclusive products, seasonal menus and in-store offers. Track livestream sales, performance and TikTok-attributed café visits. Coordinate with the kitchen and fulfilment teams on stock and orders. Support festive campaigns, product launches and café promotions. Monthly KPIs Complete at least 30 hours of TikTok Live sessions . Achieve a minimum of S$20,000 in completed TikTok Live sales . Meet the agreed target for TikTok-attributed café visits or in-store redemptions. Grow livestream viewership, engagement, conversions and relevant followers. Monthly Sales Incentive S$20,000 or below: No incentive S$20,001–S$25,000: S$300 S$25,001–S$30,000: S$500 Above S$30,000: S$800 Incentives are based on paid and completed orders after cancellations and refunds. The employee must also meet the livestream-hours and café-traffic KPIs to qualify. Requirements Confident, expressive and comfortable selling on camera. Experience in livestreaming, sales, social media or content creation is preferred. Familiarity with TikTok Live and TikTok Shop is advantageous. Basic CapCut, Canva or video-editing skills. Strong spoken English; Mandarin or another language is advantageous. Willing to host during selected evenings, weekends and festive periods. Experience in F&B, retail or consumer products is advantageous. Shortlisted applicants will complete a brief live-selling audition.
