Job Summary Design Engineer (Civil & Structural) responsible for performing structural design and analysis for Good Class Bungalows, ensuring efficient, economical solutions while collaborating with clients and project teams to deliver quality engineering outcomes. Responsibilities Perform civil and structural engineering design for Good Class Bungalows to meet project requirements. Analyze structural components using engineering software to ensure safety and compliance. Apply BS/EU codes of practice in structural design for bungalow projects. Develop efficient and economical structural concept designs to optimize resources. Participate in client, consultant, and contractor meetings to align project objectives. Report project progress and technical findings to Project Director and management. Required competencies and certifications Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent professional qualification Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant working experience in civil/structural engineering design Familiarity with local design standards and codes to ensure regulatory compliance Proficient in structural design software such as Tekla Tedds, Staad, Plaxis, Esteem, Midas, and GStarCAD Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for design and creativity in engineering solutions Exhibit a positive work attitude, self-motivation, and ability to work independently Other Information Salary package shall depend on candidates' working experiences and qualifications.
