Job Summary We are seeking a Design Engineer to design Good Class Bungalow (GCB). Responsibilities Lead civil and structural design for Good Class Bungalow and landed house projects to meet client specifications and regulatory standards. Prepare detailed engineering calculations, technical drawings, and submissions for authorities to secure project approvals. Utilize AutoCAD and relevant design software to develop precise design documentation and plans. Ensure all designs comply with Singapore’s building codes and regulations. Manage project tasks independently, demonstrating responsibility and proactive. Apply strong IT skill to support design and documentation processes. Demonstrate passion and commitment to designing high-end residential houses that meet client expectations. Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working on bungalow or Good Class Bungalow projects, contributing to design and delivery excellence.
