HR IT Intern (6 To 12 Months Internship)

HR Intern (HRMS) | 6 to 12 Months Internship We are looking for a HR Systems Intern to support our HR team in a system migration and implementation project. Job Responsibilities Assist in HR system’s data gathering, implementation, data migration, and testing (UAT) Support data cleansing, validation, and reporting Provide basic system support and assist with user training Document processes, user guides, and project updates Work with HR, end users and vendors to improve system workflows Job Requirements Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel; knowledge of SQL or systems is a plus Good communication skills in writing and interpersonal skill. Interest in HR technology Prior experience in system implementation and testing would be advantageous What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in HR digital transformation Exposure to real-world system implementation projects
