About this role

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Facilities team across all assigned sites. Oversee facilities operations, maintenance, and special projects. Plan and execute A&A works and asset upgrading initiatives. Ensure proper operation and maintenance of building systems, including M&E, lifts, plumbing, sanitary systems, landscaping, pest control, AV, and car park operations. Manage external contractors, including sourcing, evaluation, supervision, and compliance with procurement and audit requirements. Maintain proper documentation, asset records, and maintenance records across all sites. Administer preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Monitor and follow up on builder’s works, defects, and rectification works. Perform Fire Safety Manager duties and ensure compliance with fire safety regulations. Ensure compliance with WSH, statutory, and regulatory requirements. Respond to emergencies and ensure operational continuity. Job Requirements Diploma in Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering. Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in facilities management, contractor supervision, and A&A works. Fire Safety Manager certification is preferred. Additional Information Willing to work beyond office hours when required. Able to work on public holidays and one weekend when required. Comfortable working in a Buddhist environment.
