Technical Sales Engineer (Fastener)

Basic Salary: $4000 - $5000 Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9:00am - 6:00pm Location: Woodland (Near Admiralty MRT) Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and continuously improve Technical and QA/QC functions. Maintain and update QA/QC processes, documentation, standards, and audit requirements. Identify, investigate, and resolve technical and quality issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Lead the QA/QC team by setting objectives, monitoring progress, and driving a high-performance culture. Develop technical training materials and conduct training for internal and external stakeholders. Conduct supplier audits, surveillance checks, and qualification for new and existing suppliers. Ensure supplier compliance with product requirements and QA/QC standards. Manage product testing, certification, and renewal in line with business and market requirements. Monitor market and competitor product developments to support technical and business direction. Translate technical information into clear and market-friendly communication. Requirements： Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
