Regional Business Development

Salary: $3,000 to $6,000 + Commission Incentive Location: Woodlands Close, near Admiralty MRT Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Job Responsibilities: Identify and recruit new overseas distributors and business partners. Manage and develop existing export wholesale accounts. Drive sales growth and expand market share across assigned territories. Build strong relationships with distributors, end-users, consultants, and key stakeholders. Prepare sales plans, forecasts, pricing strategies, and territory targets. Monitor competitors, market demand, supply conditions, costs, and pricing trends. Train, guide, and support distributors or national sales partners. Achieve sales revenue and profit targets for assigned markets. Job Requirements: Minimum 2 years of business development or sales experience, preferably in fasteners, engineering, or industrial manufacturing. Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Willing to travel overseas frequently based on business needs.
