Sales Engineer (Steel Fabrication)

Basic + Commission + Transport Allowance + Mobile + Performance Bonus 5 days work week Good career exposure & working culture Job Purpose: To drive sales activities in the steel fabrication sector by leveraging mechanical engineering knowledge and on-site technical skills to support customer requirements, project coordination, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the precision machining and sheet metal fabrication industry. Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements, take on site measurements, and create sketches for fabrication and reverse engineering. Provide technical consultation based on mechanical fabrication expertise to recommend suitable solutions. Work independently and liaise with clients. Support the sales cycle from lead generation to project handover. Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sheet metal fabrication or related mechanical industries. Background in stainless steel fabrication is essential. Basic understanding of mechanical design and fabrication processes. Experience with on-site measurement and sketching for production purposes. Valid Class 3 driving license with own vehicle is preferred. Prior experience in high-tech or cleanroom-related industries (e.g., Semi-con, Pharma) is an advantage.
