Job Summary We seek a commercially driven Sales Manager to grow new business and strengthen customer relationships in Singapore’s security systems and ELV sectors. Collaborate with management and technical teams to deliver compliant, practical solutions for critical environments. Responsibilities Develop and expand customer relationships across healthcare, commercial, and institutional sectors to increase business opportunities Manage sales processes from initial engagement through quotation, tender submission, negotiation, and contract award to secure new projects Collaborate with internal management, engineering, and operations teams to design and deliver practical, compliant security and ELV solutions Identify and pursue new business, upgrade, and maintenance opportunities within existing and new accounts Apply technical solution selling skills in project environments to meet customer needs and support long-term account development Required competencies and certifications Minimum 2 years of experience in security systems, ELV, technical project sales, or related industries Proven skills in business development, tender submissions, quotations, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement Strong communication and relationship management skills to effectively engage customers and internal teams Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience working in hospitals, healthcare facilities, or other live operational environments Familiarity with CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, or integrated security systems Other Information This role offers high career growth potential and the opportunity to work with experienced, technically strong teams in a stable environment
