Job Summary Join Multidata as a Pre-Sales Engineer to design and architect integrated security and ELV systems. Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to deliver competitive, compliant solutions for critical infrastructure projects across Singapore. Responsibilities Analyze tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements with the Sales Manager to develop optimal system architectures. Design engineering solutions for CCTV, access control, intercom, alarm, and integrated security systems to meet client needs. Prepare technical proposals, compliance statements, system schematics, and accurate Bills of Materials (BOM) to support project bids. Conduct site surveys with senior team members to evaluate project feasibility, identify technical risks, and validate design practicality. Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to consultants, main contractors, and end-clients to establish technical credibility. Coordinate with principal vendors and suppliers to understand product lifecycles, pricing, and emerging technologies for informed solution design. Preferred competencies and qualifications Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline. Fresh graduates with strong interest in technical sales, systems design, and the security/ELV industry are encouraged to apply. 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in technical pre-sales, system design, or engineering execution within ELV and integrated security industries is advantageous. Foundational knowledge or interest in CCTV, access control, intrusion alarms, public address, and critical communication systems. Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly explain technical concepts. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
