About Us uParcel is a Singapore-based e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile delivery company supporting marketplace sellers on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop. We operate our own fleet and warehousing, delivering parcels reliably and on time across Singapore. Job Summary We are looking for a reliableand safety-conscious Motorcycle Delivery Rider to join our growing fleet. Youwill be responsible for picking up and delivering parcels to customers across Singapore in a timely and professional manner. A company motorcycle will be provided. Key Responsibilities • Collect parcels from our warehouse or designated pickup points and deliver them to customers within assigned time windows • Plan efficient delivery routes using GPS/navigation apps • Verify parcel details (recipient name, address, quantity) before and after delivery • Handle parcels with care to avoid damage during transit • Obtain proof of delivery (signature, photo, or OTP) asrequired • Communicate professionally with customers, warehousestaff, and dispatch/ops team • Report delivery issues (wrong address, unreachablecustomer, damaged goods) promptly • Perform basic pre-trip checks on the company motorcycle(tyres, brakes, fuel/charge, lights) • Comply with traffic laws and safe riding practices a tall times • Return undelivered parcels and complete daily reconciliation with the ops team Requirements • Valid Class 2B motorcycle license (minimum) • At least 1 year of riding experience in Singapore preferred • Familiar with Singapore roads and postal districts • Physically fit and able to lift/carry parcels (up to~15kg) • Able to work 6 days a week, including weekends/public holidays on a rotating basis • Basic smartphone literacy (navigation apps, delivery app usage) • Punctual, responsible, and able to work independently • No history of major traffic offences What We Offer • Company-provided motorcycle (fuel/maintenance terms tobe specified) • Basic salary + monthly incentive of $200 • CPF contributions (for Singaporeans/PRs) • Training provided for company systems and deliveryprocesses • Opportunities for growth within a fast-scaling logistics company 中文 公司简介 uParcel 是一家总部位于新加坡的电商履约与末端配送公司，为Shopee、Lazada 和 TikTok Shop 上的商家提供配送服务。我们拥有自己的车队和仓储设施，确保包裹在新加坡各地准时、可靠地送达。 职位概述 我们正在招聘一位可靠且注重安全的摩托车派送员，加入我们不断扩大的车队。您将负责及时、专业地将包裹取件并派送给新加坡各地的客户。公司将提供摩托车。 主要职责 • 从仓库或指定取件地点收取包裹，并在规定时间内送达客户 • 使用导航应用规划高效的派送路线 • 在派送前后核实包裹信息（收件人姓名、地址、数量） • 小心处理包裹，避免运输途中损坏 • 按要求获取签收证明（签名、照片或一次性密码） • 与客户、仓库人员及调度/运营团队保持专业沟通 • 及时上报派送问题（地址错误、无法联系客户、货物损坏等） • 对公司摩托车进行基本行前检查（轮胎、刹车、油量/电量、灯光） • 时刻遵守交通法规，安全驾驶 • 退回未能派送的包裹，并与运营团队完成每日对账 职位要求 • 持有有效的 2B 级摩托车驾驶执照（最低要求） • 具备至少1年新加坡骑行经验者优先 • 熟悉新加坡道路及邮区划分 • 身体健康，能够搬运包裹（最重约15公斤） • 能够每周工作6天，包括轮班工作周末/公共假期 • 具备基本智能手机操作能力（导航应用、派送应用） • 守时、负责，能够独立工作 • 无重大交通违规记录 我们提供 • 公司提供摩托车（燃油/维修条款另行说明） • 基本工资 + 每月 $200 奖励金 • 公积金（CPF）缴付（适用于新加坡公民/永久居民） • 提供公司系统及派送流程培训 • 在快速发展的物流公司中获得成长机会
