We are currently present in Singapore and Malaysia, with expansion plans to the rest of the region. We are looking for a Operations / Logistic Executive to assist the company in managing drivers and key customer accounts. Working Hours: 5 days work week. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. (including Public Holidays, with Off-in-Lieu provided). 10am - 8pm. Wednesday and Thursday are off days. What you'll be doing Assigning of deliveries to drivers in the system via direct calling Manage and coordinate the delivery drivers, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of parcels to customers Account handling of selected key customers Monitor delivery performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimise operational efficiency Implement and oversee delivery route planning and scheduling to maximise productivity and reduce costs Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall delivery experience Provide training and support to delivery personnel to maintain high standards of service Monitoring the fulfillment team in ensuring they meet their KPI objectives for your accoun…
