We are seeking passionate and service-driven individuals to join our new boutique as Boutique Manager . More than a retail role, you will become a fragrance storyteller and trusted adviser, guiding customers through an immersive perfume creation journey and helping them discover scents that reflect their identity. Key Responsibilities Welcome and engage customers in a warm and personalised manner Conduct fragrance consultations and guide customers through our bespoke perfume creation experience Understand customers' personalities, preferences and lifestyle to recommend personalised scent creations Share the story, heritage and craftsmanship behind Maison 21G and our products Introduce and recommend complementary products, including bespoke home fragrance and gifting collections Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and VIP customers Support boutique events, fragrance workshops and experiential activations Ensure the boutique is maintained to the highest luxury retail standards Capture customer insights and provide feedback to improve customer experience and service excellence Stay updated on fragrance trends, new launches and Maison initiatives What We Are Looking For Passion for luxury experiences, fragrances, beauty or lifestyle brands Previous experience in luxury retail, beauty, hospitality or premium customer service environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect naturally with people from diverse backgrounds A genuine interest in understanding personalities and creating meaningful customer experiences Sales-driven with the ability to confidently recommend products and achieve targets Proactive, curious and eager to continuously learn and develop Comfortable working in a dynamic retail environment, including weekends and public holidays Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and service standards What We Offer Comprehensive training in fragrance consultation and personalised scent creation Opportunity to become a certified Maison 21G Scent Designer Career growth within an innovative luxury fragrance brand Competitive basic salary with attractive commission and incentive structure Opportunity to work in a creative and entrepreneurial environment where customer experience comes first Salary: SGD 3,000 - SGD 4,000 per month, depending on experience, plus attractive commissions.
