Job Summary Join Maison 21G at Changi Airport as a Sales Promoter, engaging international travelers to deliver personalized luxury fragrance experiences while achieving sales targets in a fast-paced duty-free environment. Responsibilities Welcome and engage international travelers warmly and confidently to create a positive first impression Assess customers’ personality, mood, and lifestyle to identify their fragrance preferences Guide clients through bespoke perfume creations to deliver personalized scent experiences Transform duty-free purchases into meaningful luxury moments that reflect individual identity Cross-sell and upsell perfumes, discovery sets, dual crayons, and 100ml products to maximize sales Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a high-traffic airport retail setting Maintain high standards of counter presentation aligned with Maison 21G’s luxury brand image Follow stock management, replenishment, and operational procedures in coordination with Shilla Stand for extended periods and adapt to rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays Required competencies and certifications Minimum 3 years of experience in beauty, fashion, luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality sectors Proven track record of selling, upselling, and achieving sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse international clients Strong team spirit with a positive and proactive attitude High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence Physical ability to stand for long hours and flexibility to work rotating shifts Preferred competencies and qualifications Passion for fragrance, beauty, fashion, hospitality, or premium lifestyle brands Curiosity and eagerness to learn, with willingness to train as a Scent Designer Confidence and articulation in engaging international clientele Emotional intelligence and resilience in fast-paced retail environments Other Information Work within a fast-growing international luxury brand Gain exposure to global travelers and premium clientele Be part of a Maison that values creativity, sustainability, and individuality
