Sales Executive

Job Summary The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role focuses on identifying sales opportunities, promoting company products or services, and providing excellent customer support to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Understand customer needs and present appropriate products or solutions to meet those needs. Promote and sell company products and services to achieve assigned sales targets. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to customers. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and sales opportunities in a timely manner. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts within approved guidelines. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams such as finance, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, trade shows, and industry events as required. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales Manager or management team. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles. Relevant industry experience is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently. Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships. Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office applications.
