Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator (Construction)

Company: MZ construction pte ltd Location: Singapore Salary: $3,500 – $4,500 per month Job Description MZ CONSTRUCTION Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator to manage and oversee construction site operations and ensure smooth project execution. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Supervise and manage daily site operations and manpower • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and BCA regulations • Monitor project progress and prepare site reports • Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation • Ensure quality control and timely completion of works • Liaise with relevant authorities such as HDB, BCA, and LTA where required Requirements • Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Construction Management or related field • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction industry • Knowledge of Singapore construction regulations and safety standards • Strong communication and coordination skills • Ability to manage workers of different nationalities • Proficient in MS Office (knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage) ⸻ Additional Information • Full-time position • 6-day work week • Work locations may vary across project sites in Singapore ⸻ How to Apply Interested applicants may apply via the job portal or WhatsApp: 91619839
