This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, managing event sales activities and ensuring smooth execution of events from planning to completion. The ideal candidate is comfortable with both sales and operations, enjoys meeting new clients, and is able to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sourced and approached potential clients to promote event booth and promotional space rentals. Built strong client relationships and understood clients’ event requirements. Managed sales enquiries and followed up on leads to secure bookings. Proposed suitable event and activation solutions based on client needs. Planned, coordinated, and executed events from concept to completion. Coordinated with mall management, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations. Arranged venue leasing, approval processes, site access, setup, and tear-down schedules in compliance with mall policies and safety regulations. Provided on-site support during events to ensure successful operations. Oversaw setup and dismantling of event equipment and decorations. Prepared event documentation, reports, and post-event follow-ups. Monitored and ensured full payment collection after events. Handled event & event decor setup conceptualize, setup & dismantling of event booth, equipment, event decor etc. Performed other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Preferably a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in event sales, event planning, or project management. Proven ability to plan, organize and execute events from concept to completion. Experience in managing budgets, negotiating with vendors and optimizing resources. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken and written), in order to communicate effectively with a wide range of customers. Comfortable with business development and on-ground client engagement. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Willing and able to work on weekends, evenings or outside normal working hours when required by events.
