Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate TCM Physician to join our clinic! Diagnosis & Treatment : Conduct comprehensive consultations and use TCM methods to diagnose patient conditions. Formulate personalised TCM treatment plans based on each patient’s needs. Perform TCM treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, and infrared light therapy. Treat a wide range of health issues such as pain, digestive problems, stress, women’s health issues, respiratory conditions, and fatigue. Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine in powders, granules, and patent formulas (pills or capsules), providing clear dosage and usage instructions to patients. Provide dietary, lifestyle and prevention advise to patients. 2. Patient Care & Records : Review and monitor patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. 3. Teamwork & Clinic Support : Work closely with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and good patient service. Collaborate with other healthcare practitioners within and outside the clinic to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to patient care, when appropriate. Participate in health talks, wellness events or community programme when required. 4. Professional Growth & Compliance: Keep up to date with new TCM knowledge, skills, and safety standards. Maintain professionalism and always follow clinic policies. Adhere strictly to the TCM Physician's Code of Conduct and all regulations set forth by the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB) and the Ministry of Health (MOH). Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine Registered and licensed TCM Physician with the Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners Board (TCMPB), Singapore Holds a valid Practicing Certificate issued by TCMPB, Singapore Good communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-oriented, and professional in-service delivery Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred to communicate with patients effectively, conduct consultations, and accurately handle Chinese herbal prescriptions. Minimum of 2 years of post-registration clinical practice is preferred. Experience in Special Care TCM treatment services for oncology, diabetes, women's wellness and post-stroke treatment will be an advantage. What to Expect 5-day work week (Monday to Saturday, rostered schedule) Working Hours: 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), 7:00 PM–9:00 PM (Tuesday and Thursday), depending on roster. Candidates must be willing to support evening and weekend shifts as required.
