TCM Clinic / Physician Assistant

JOB DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS A) Patient Service Management a. Assist physicians in managing patient flow b. Patient Management services: Registraon, appointment scheduling, etc. c. Billings on NETS payment devices and other payment modes d. Any other supporng work as directed by clinic management B) Dispensary Management a. Responsible for herbal prescription preparations in powder/liquid/capsules b. Manage patient's inquiries on chinese medication consumption c. Front counter chinese medication and OTC product sales d. Ensure equipment serviceability and up-time C) Inventory management a. Assist in monthly inventory stocktaking and updates b. Ordering and replenishment of herbal medicaon inventory c. Liaise with suppliers for inventory replenishment d. Timely clinic dispensary D) Inventory management Requirements a. Bilingual communicaon skills in English & Mandarin (as most patients speak Mandarin or dialects) b. Strong customer services culture skillsets c. Chinese Hanyu Pinyin Computer Input Skills (as most chinese herbs supplies written in Mandarin) E. Work Schedule: a.
