We are currently seeking: Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation and cooking of premium yakitori and other menu items. - Prepare ingredients, including trimming, skewering, marinating, and portioning according to restaurant standards. - Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations. - Follow food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures at all times. - Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries properly. - Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation meet restaurant standards. - Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Requirements - Previous japanese yakitori kitchen experience is (preferred). - Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn. - Positive attitude, disciplined, and a strong team player. - Good personal hygiene and professional work ethic. - Able to stand for long hours and perform physical kitchen duties. - Basic English communication skills.
