Tech Lead – SaaS Platform

Job Description Design, development, and delivery of a SaaS platform. Key Responsibilities System architecture and technical design (API-first, scalable SaaS) Develop and maintain backend systems (Laravel or FastAPI) Design and manage database structure (MySQL) Sprint planning, and delivery timelines Ensure code quality, security, and system scalability Work closely with stakeholders on product roadmap and requirements Oversee integrations with third-party systems and APIs Guide deployment and infrastructure decisions Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in software development Strong experience in Laravel or FastAPI (Python) Proven experience in building SaaS or multi-tenant systems Solid knowledge of MySQL and RESTful API design Familiarity with Linux servers and cloud environments Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean) Preferred Qualifications Experience in analytics platforms or data-driven systems Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, deployment pipelines) Experience working in small, agile teams
