Field Service Engineer

Job Summary You will lead machine installation and commissioning at customer sites, deliver technical troubleshooting and failure analysis, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance machine applications and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Set up and commission new machine installations at customer sites to ensure operational readiness Analyze machine failures by reading electrical schematic drawings to identify root causes and provide technical feedback to manufacturers Respond to technical inquiries and deliver tailored recommendations or solutions for machine applications at customer locations Assess customer requirements and perform detailed analysis to propose improvements that optimize machine performance Collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams to support continuous improvement and problem resolution Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Computer Engineering, Physics, Applied Science, Mechatronics, or equivalent Experience working in semiconductor-related roles or similar technical positions Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical and problem-solving skills demonstrated through practical application Ability to work independently while maintaining teamwork spirit and positive attitude Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
