Inspiring Teaching & Learning Design and deliver engaging, student-centered lectures and tutorials (in-person and online) from Diploma to Doctorate levels. Teach subjects across Business and Information Technology. Ability to teach Finance, Accounting, Statistics, and Economics subjects would be a plus. Embrace cultural sensitivity to mentor, support, and connect with a diverse, global student body. 2. Curriculum & Assessment Excellence Develop, update, and align relevant course materials with industry trends and technology. Design, mark, and moderate assessments and exams, providing timely, constructive feedback. Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate research projects and dissertations. 3. Student Mentorship & Academic Support Guide students through their academic journey, progression, and career planning. Monitor student performance proactively and resolve academic concerns with care and professionalism. 4. Collaboration & Institutional Growth Serve as an active team player, contributing positively to faculty initiatives, programme accreditation, and quality assurance. Engage in research, scholarly publishing, or industry consultancy to elevate institutional growth and reputation. Qualifications Doctorate in a business-related discipline is highly preferred, especially for postgraduate and doctorate level programme teaching. Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (minimum requirement for Diploma and Degree teaching). ACTA/ACLP preferred Experience Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in higher education or private education institutions. Experience teaching Business and/or Information Technology subjects at various levels.
