Facilities Operations Manager

Nanyang Institute of Management is an EduTrust registered Private Education Institution offering a variety of courses. We invite qualified and experienced individuals for the following position: Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily operations of the institute. Ensure the operations and reliability of the Institute facilities and general infrastructures systems. Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards Manage and optimize resources to maximize productivity and efficiency Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide update to the Management Resolve operational issues in a timely and effective manner Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders Oversee and review safety procedures and measure Handle insurance plans and service contracts Any other duties as and when as assigned Requirements: Minimum Diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations management or related field Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Excellent time management and multitasking abilities Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Familiarity with Singapore's business environment and regulations
