About this role
Technical Executive (School of Health and Social Sciences) Perform scheduled checks and maintenance of IT equipment and update software at designated venues. Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software inventory, repairs, and maintenance schedules. Identify shortages or replacements, manage condemnation processes, and place orders. Provide technical support to users on operating IT equipment and software; liaise with stakeholders to resolve IT issues. Assist in school system administration and support ICT initiatives, including e-assessment, cybersecurity, network, server, and peripheral maintenance. Support the School IT team in ongoing technical duties and projects. Participate in committees, project work, and quality improvement initiatives. Diploma in IT. At least 2 years related working experience. Experience with RPA or Power Automate; programming skills will be an advantage. Customer-service oriented, motivated, resourceful, responsible and team-player. Good diagnostic, problem-solving and time-management skills.
