Technical Business Analyst - Spvl

We are looking for Technical Business Analyst to join one of the government agency! Part of the key member to deliver projects/products to achieve a common goal of shaping assessment through technology by bridging assessment tech innovation, robust business operations Attractive salary package and employment benefits (up to 24 days leaves + medical insurance) Hybrid work arrangement Responsibilities: Partner with the business teams to elicit business and agency’s needs through human-centric and visual methods such as interviews, workshops, process modelling, journey mapping, and data analysis. Apply design thinking / service design methodology and tools to identify current state gaps and challenges, and develop future state design and solutions Evaluate and recommend suitable technology while aligning with government’s technology directions (such as cloud-based, enterprise architecture and modernization of legacy systems, adoption of SG tech stack) Work with business teams to develop user stories, functional/technical specifications and acceptance criteria Ensure product/system readiness for smooth deployment, adoption and exam operations Analyse impact of requested changes and propose improvements to continuously address changing business needs, and work with support team to understand and address technical problems(operations management) Assist the business team to identify new opportunities and problems to solve for the agency’s digital transformation Build deep knowledge of agency’s business and operations and identify opportunities to support the transformation of agency’s business / operation Requirements: Minimum 5-7 years in technical business analysis roles with strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and DevOps Good understanding of cloud-based applications and familiar with AWS (S3, RDS, CloudWatch, EKS, etc.) Experience with monitoring tools (ELK stack, Splunk, or similar) for log analysis Hands-on experience working in Agile approach on Product-centric teams Proficiency in code review tools (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket) and quality gates will be an added advantage By submitting your resume, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information per ScienTec’s Privacy Policy (scientecconsulting.com/privacy-policy).
