Senior Assistant Manager, Advancement (Strategic Proposals, Cultivation Events, Partnership Development)

The candidate will develop comprehensive gift proposals and pitch materials for major gifts prospects while collaborating with internal teams to gather relevant data. They will also design and execute donor cultivation events to strengthen relationships and support the solicitation process. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 6-7 years of experience in higher education or a similar organization, with knowledge of fundraising and philanthropy being advantageous. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage complex relationships are essential.
