Temasek Laboratories@NTU TL@NTU explores the frontiers in science and develops strategic technologies to enhance the defence and security of Singapore. TL@NTU forms part of the defence technology community in Singapore alongside DSO National Laboratories, Defence Science and Technology Agency (DSTA), Temasek Laboratories @ NUS and @SUTD and the local defence industry. The Centre for Quantum Sensing Technology (CQST) advances the science and engineering of next‑generation quantum sensors, with core programmes in cold‑atom sensing, quantum photonics, quantum materials, and superconducting sensor technologies. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be involved in experimental work related to quantum sensing materials development and characterization, device fabrication and instrumentation work as needed. The job scope includes To assist in research operations (procurement of lab supplies, experimental setup, checking of literature and product specifications, establish safe work processes, etc.) To ensure conduct and proper documentations of experiments in consultation with project leader To assist in monitoring, repair and maintenance of equipment and process tools To support events, publications, proposals, planning, monitoring, reporting related to the project as relevant. Job Requirements: Masters or BSc/BEng in physics, engineering, materials engineering or equivalent with at least 4 years or more industry work experience would be advantageous Relevant prior experience in quantum related work would be advantageous We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
