Assistant General Counsel, APAC | Digital Commerce | 10+ PQE (CL-OC-39) About the opportunity A global consumer technology and digital commerce group is seeking a senior lawyer to support its expanding APAC operations. The role You will advise senior stakeholders on a broad range of legal, regulatory and commercial matters while working closely with legal and business teams across multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities Advise on legal and regulatory matters affecting APAC operations Monitor regulatory developments and translate them into practical business guidance Manage cross-border disputes, regulatory enquiries and significant litigation Support new business initiatives, products and services Oversee corporate secretarial matters and regulatory filings Conduct legal and compliance training Manage external counsel relationships and legal budgets Requirements At least 10 years of post-qualification experience Experience gained in both private practice and an in-house legal team Strong regional legal and regulatory experience Commercial, solutions-oriented and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment Experience in e-commerce, technology or digital platforms would be advantageous Why this role This is an opportunity to take on a broad APAC mandate within a rapidly growing international business and advise on complex, evolving issues at the intersection of technology, commerce and regulation. -- Interested applicants do reach out via email to claire@2nats.com and please quote CL-OC-31 (do not only apply through this job portal, TQ!)
