We are looking for a forward-thinking Physiotherapist to play a key role in revolutionising patient care within our Hospital-at-Home program. This flexible role, available as full or part-time, allows you to practice at the top of your license, leveraging your expertise in physiotherapy to make an impact on patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Assess and manage patients referred for physiotherapy independently and implement appropriate treatment plans. Report to referring doctor and other members of the medical team. Document patient physiotherapy records accurately. Charge patients accurately. Comply with clinical and service standards. Practise within areas of professional competence and seek clinical support from supervisor / other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Collaborate with other healthcare members and participate in case conferences. Assist and/or co-lead in projects and activities which supports the goals of the department and organisation at department or institution level. Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned. Manage and oversee therapy equipment inventory. Contribute to departmental in-service training programmes, home hospital educational talks and external talks/ workshops/ forums/ seminars Contribute to development and implementation of protocols and guidelines that will shape the future of hospital-at-home care at NUHS Review and update of clinical protocols and SOPs Assist in developing, promoting /marketing clinical services Assist in the induction of new physiotherapists. Supervise students on clinical attachment Embrace continuous learning and professional development opportunities.
