Warehouse Supervisor/Yard Ic

Key Responsibilities Manage daily yard operations, including: Transfer of deformed bars from temporary yards to leased storage areas. Sorting and organizing deformed bar sizes within the leased area. Loading deformed bars onto trailers for delivery. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper control of all incoming and outgoing stock movements. Ensure all SOPs, Risk Assessments, and operational procedures are current, compliant, and effectively implemented. Coordinate closely with the Production Centre, Material Request team, and staff stationed at 22 Tanjong Kling. Liaise with Jurong Port personnel and service providers to support day-to-day operational requirements. Support contingency operations by operating forklifts for loading and unloading wire rods at 22 Tanjong Kling when required. Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations. Requirements GCE 'N' Level, NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only. Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse supervisory role. Experience in logistics coordination, inventory control, or project coordination will be an advantage. Valid forklift licence is an added advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word. Good communication skills in English and Chinese. Strong safety awareness and commitment to workplace safety.
